I test drove the car, and it ran, and Alan who is a mechanic, offered to put in new brakes for free, front and back, and I put down a $200 deposit.
BUT, Alan is a con, and his girlfriend shuts off his phone so he cannot receive calls, and she is so insanely jealous, that she stated, you took a "car ride" with my boyfriend. I did not, I test drove a car that was for sale on Facebook.
The games of getting the car "ready" to be picked up took one week, I almost called the police because the games never ended.
Alan offered to bring me the car for his week long delays, but that was more con. He said he would bring it in the day, he dragged it out for hours and had to deliver it at night, why? The Transmssion was leaking and he did not want me or anyone I knew to see it, so he drove it up at night.
The following list of things were wrong w/ this car. The MIRROR fell off in my hand upon driving itdoors to not lockThe HOOD is the wrong year and so the car would not openwhen leakingBad BatteryNeed 4 new tiresTransmission leakHood latch is broken probably because of the wrong hood on it
His girlfriend Heather Ann is a bully that tries to act like a man, and even though she was no part of what Alan said to me, or the transaction of the sale, she tries to threaten the buyers that complain
Her Facebook - you don't want me as yur enemy - Karma She has a child and lives outside of the house of Alan, their relationshipis quite messed up, no one buying a car wants any part of it

But she does involve herself, only she had to stop when Alan truthfully told me about his 20 year prison sentence and drug habit, and hers.
I am thinking they guy junk yard cars, fix them slightly and then think fraud is fine, but it is not. They chose court.
Alan is a great con, and his honesty is how the con works. But sadly, I wanted to resolve this with him buying the parts I needed since he knew where to get them, but he hung up on me, and tried to have his girlfriend bully me over and over.She was shocked when I knew about his drug use and jail, but that's real. I bought the car because I thought he as a mechanic would sell it as described or fix what was wrong, but he was a game player.

Some are already bought and paid for, and the rest are estimates and things I have to do this year. I did not have the money to fix everything when I got it.
Many cars sold on Ebay that were working, running and able to be used. Mine was in the shop as you can see from the receipts. It needed to be towed 2 times to the shops right after purchase, could not be driven
The horn was going off non stop and so the steering wheel has to be replaced so it does not stay leaning on the horn. This car was in an accident and threw off the alignment of the car, so the doors don't close well, and the horn is not working
Alan FALSELY stated all of the above conditions, and never should have failed to disclose them. It's FRAUD when you do. On the internet, since they use Facebook, it's a federal crime.
I was willing to offset the costs, I had even planned to hire his girlfriend who is physically fit and young, to help me in my store, but they even got a box of volcanic rocks from me as a thank you and a collectible car for Alan as well as a big plush toy for his girlfriend's child for driving up the car and my thanks for what I thought was everything the car needed to let me enjoy it as my birthday present.
They were thankless, and it was a hard lesson. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
It never had to be this way. I tried to get them to do right by me, they refused.
